Q. Our organisation has more than one Support email address. Can we connect them all to Freshdesk?


A. You can use multiple email addresses within Freshdesk for any Paid Plan. The free Sprout Plan only allows one email address.


Q. Do I have to use the email address provided by Freshdesk?


A. No, you can use an existing or alternate email address if you want. However, you must be able to redirect emails from your existing or alternate email address to the email address provided by Freshdesk?
